First of all, there are a lot of great workshops between now and year-end that I’m not co-leading (but have my fingerprints all over them) and these workshops are more likely to have generous financial aid associated. Additionally, there are great workshops like Owning Wisdom (which I’m teaching next month but is sold-out) which is being taught by my co-founder Jeff Hamaoui in Santa Fe Oct 7-12 and Nov 17-22. Jeff is a remarkable facilitator and wisdom is a juicy topic.
Here are the half-dozen non-sold-out workshops that I’m teaching the balance of this year:
Join the Radiant Rebellion & Reclaim Aging with Karen Walrond (Santa Fe): Aug 27-Sept 1
I have an aging activism crush on Karen who is a passionate advocate for all the things that get better with age so I’m thrilled to be teaching with her and this one still has financial aid available. Highly recommend it.
INC magazine’s Entrepreneurship at Any Age (Santa Fe): Sept 24-29
I’m a columnist with INC magazine and love that INC convenes a popular, annual private group of entrepreneurs for this MEA workshop so we decided to make it open to the general public of entrepreneurs with me as the lead teacher and a Mastermind group being formed out of this experience.
Reboot: Leadership and the Art of Growing Up with Jerry Colonna (Santa Fe): Sept 29-Oct 4
This one will sell-out soon as Jerry and I have a leadership mindset and mindfulness-based rapport that is pretty electric as he’s a successful coach known as the “CEO Whisperer.” Perfectly-suited for someone who wants to hone their leadership skills in new ways, what I call “same seed, different soil.”
Awakening Magic with Elizabeth Gilbert and Terarai Trent (Santa Fe): Oct 12-17
This one is almost sold-out as, speaking of electricity, these are two of the most inspiring people in the world and I appreciate that I’ll be co-leading at their feet. It’ll be a larger workshop with about 50 people.
Working Identity: Unconventional Strategies for Reinventing Your Career with Herminia Ibarra (Baja): Nov 4-9
If I had to pick one of these to select, it might be this one as it’s the only time I’m co-leading a public workshop in Baja this fall during the prime whale and sea turtle season and Herminia is one of the foremost academics/practitioners helping people to make career transitions or find purpose. This one also has a limited amount of financial aid available for those in need.
Chip’s 50+ Film Fest (Santa Fe): Dec 17-22
I am soooo excited about this unique experience in which we’ll have MEA alums who are Hollywood writers, producers and experts joining me to screen 7 films on aging, longevity, transitions, wisdom, and the like. Imagine the juicy conversations we’ll have after each film. This is also priced at a lower tuition than our normal workshops: $4,500 single (instead of $6,000) and $3,600 double (instead of $4,500).
So, if you’re looking for a workshop where we can spend some time together between now and year-end, those are your half-dozen choices. Otherwise, all of our workshops and our MEA Method are proven winners.

P.S. MEA’s new Santa Fe campus was recently honored at the top of TIME magazine’s World’s 100 Greatest Places – Best Places to Stay list that includes some of the most exclusive, luxury resorts in the world. As one person recently suggested, MEA is Four Seasons meets the Esalen Institute meet Blue Zones.
