I tend to walk fast. Not because I want to end the conversation quickly, but since I no longer run on the beach, I love the idea of exercising and conversing at the same time.
I was feeling a little guilty about the fact that people feel they have to keep up with me until I recently read that how fast you walk after age 60 is a good gauge of longevity.
