One of the activities in the workshop was helping people find their voice and rhythm in midlife and beyond and we even wrote and then sang an original song that we created over the course of an afternoon (here’s the video). And, within a day after the workshop, one of the compadres, Dan Cressman, had created this song based upon the fact that Michael Franti went out for a walk on our 4-square-mile ranch in the middle of the night and almost didn’t come back.
With a weekend full of TED talks, cohort reunions, wild-ass parties, and a beautifully-crafted collective ritual to commemorate the opening of our new campus, it’s taken me a few days to come back to earth. Thanks to the whole MEA team for curating such an exquisite week including the double rainbow perfectly capturing the logo of the Rising Circle Ranch. We cue breaching whales in Baja and beautiful rainbows in Santa Fe!
