We keep our workshops small, so that everyone has a chance to participate fully. Our cohorts average between 18 and 24 people.
Students traveling to MEA from outside of New Mexico fly into the Albuquerque (ABQ) or Santa Fe (SAF) airports. The campus is a 25-minute drive from downtown Santa Fe.
Our climate is comfortable during most of the academic year (October - July). But temperatures can range from “quite cool” to “dang, it’s hot” in a single day, so we recommend these three words when packing: layers, sunscreen, hat! We also send a comprehensive packing list upon acceptance.
