The week after next, I am leading two intimate three-day workshops at our MEA campus in Santa Fe. Everyone who comes to this workshop will get some quality 1:1 time with me along with being able to learn from the other members of their cohort. In order to do this, we’re capping attendance at about a dozen people per workshop. I’ve never offered this for any other MEA workshop so I hope you’ll consider joining us for:
PEAK: Boost Your Company’s Mojo with Maslow (March 17-20): Based upon my bestseller PEAK, this workshop will help you apply Maslow’s iconic hierarchy of needs psychology theory to your employees, customers and investors. Perfect for someone who cares a lot about corporate culture and leadership.
Wisdom At Work: How to Become an Impactful Modern Elder (March 20-23): This workshop will apply my top lessons from seven years of being the Airbnb founders’ modern elder including how to be an effective mentor sharing your wisdom and how to create a portfolio career advising young entrepreneurs.
The price for each workshop is $3,600, but if you do both, the cost is just $5,000 total, which means our six days together is less expensive than MEA’s typical five day workshop. This is happening soon and we only have a few spots left so don’t dilly-dally, join me in the Land of Enchantment the week after next.

P.S. This past weekend, MEA alum and journalist Steven Petrow published a Washington Post piece on how to get over our own internalized ageism and he featured MEA. Sorry it’s behind a paywall, so I wanted to share one particular sentence from Steven (quoting academic Becca Levy), “The way we think about aging affects how we age.” That says it all.
