Partnering With WisdomLabs.

Some of you have asked me, “How can I cultivate and harvest my wisdom beyond what I read here on Wisdom Well?” I’ve heard this question from members of five different generations as young as those in their teens and as old as a few people in their eighties.

Many of you have chosen to explore our MEA Online program or visit us here in Baja, but I wanted to let you know of another way you can consider developing your wisdom.

I’ve been proud to partner with WisdomLabs for their March Resilience Challenge, a month-long program designed to reduce stress, and build resilience in the workplace using the science of mindfulness.

I love their Wise@Work app and feel honored that they asked me to do a 7-part series (only about 10 minutes each) called “Cultivating Wisdom at Work.” And, we’ll be doing a webinar on March 25 which you can sign up for here: www.wisdomlabs.com/chipconley.

Lastly, they’ve also launched a new leadership series on the Wise@Work Communities platform featuring much of the material from my book, Wisdom@Work: The Making of a Modern Elder.

As we leave the era of the “knowledge worker” and enter the age of the “wisdom worker,” cultivating wisdom will be one of the most important talents any person can develop.
