Discover who you are now – and what you really want and need to create a life that fulfills you
"Follow your purpose and trust in your ability to thrive."
That’s what everyone says… and you’ve been trying your best to DO that.
But despite all of your best efforts, it doesn’t seem to be working.
You’re still stuck, struggling somewhere you don’t want to be, unable to find a clear path forward to the life you dream of living.
That could be a sign that the obstacles you think are holding you back probably aren’t the real problem.
Maybe the real problem is, you don’t know who you are now. And as a result, your actions aren’t aligned with your true needs, wants, passions, and values.
No wonder you’re not getting the results you’re hoping for!
In this workshop co-facilitated by globally renowned brand strategist and identity architect Jill Nykoliation, you will shed the outmoded layers of identity that are stopping you from fully embracing who you are now – so you can step purposefully into your next chapter and live your best life in 2025.

What Jill's workshop participants had to say...
Jill embodies an honest combination of vulnerability, joy, and deep curiosity about whomever she is speaking with. You need only to spend a few minutes in her presence to feel seen, to once again believe in a world of possibilities, and to be armed with practices that transform you. She freely shares her own journey, which is both emotional and inspiring. I can’t think of anyone more perfectly suited to help people answer the profound question, “Who am I NOW?”

Jill's superpower is her wholeheartedness. She has a gift to grasp what you're trying to articulate when it's hard to find the right words. She doesn't just convey 'high-concept' theory, she provides the frameworks and tools that help us forge our own path forward. If you've ever thought about life's big questions, Jill's workshop, "Who Am I NOW?" will help you find the clarity you are striving for to live a life of significance.

My experience at MEA was amazing. It felt like a year of university education boiled down to a week’s curriculum. Jill and her co-facilitators expertly led us through a series of embodied practices that helped to transform my questions around “what next” by encouraging a consideration of HOW I wish to be rather than WHAT I wish to do. It gave me a lot to consider and introduced me to an incredible group of people with similar questions about our coming years.
